The more of a workout routine I get into the more I realize music is ABSOLUTELY VITAL! Personally, I have the hardest time keeping up energy and motivation when the music I listen to isn’t on par with whatever exercise I may be doing. I also have a tendency to listen to the same playlist over and over until I hate whatever songs are on that playlist no matter how much I once loved them.
